I was spending my Saturday morning, SCROLLING through the ever-addicting Facebook feed! Then it happened! A 'memory' popped up! Looking at the video, which I won't post here... I realized how important making 'scrapbook pages' really is. This moment was VERY important to me, a time when one of my biggest trials in life felt it could consume me. But God walked beside me every step of the way.
I saw this today, five years later. God WAS faithful and I have my miracle. Watching this video today, I could hear the struggle in my voice as I was telling a short story about this page. A story about FAITH. And God did not let me down!
At our card classes, we always did one page. For years. Then COVID happened. Things changed, some forever. I couldn't send 12 x 12 easily through the mail for Zoom workshops while we were trapped in our homes and unable to meet with my wonderful ladies... so we stopped making pages and we just never started up again.
I'm curious how many of you still like making pages. How fun it was STAMPING the cardstock, making it look almost exactly like the DSP that was retiring. Is this something I should bring back? Should it be a separate class than card making?
Let me know how you feel about this in the comments!
Meanwhile... I'm off to start another CREATIVE Journey, because I'm a Stampin' Up! demonstrator so I will get to view the NEW Annual catalog in just over a week from today!! (Jealous? JOIN MY TEAM, so you can see it too!)
See you soon!
